Quick Tips

After login, Workshop will open on the Accounts Page.

Expanding the hamburger icon Workshop Capture upper left displays all Pages in application.

Accounts Page

Search for Accounts by name by typing with results returning as you type.
Once an Account is identified and selected if user hits the enter key they will be taken to the Account page which displays all account information and all Captures, Image Studio Projects and Video Studio Projects associated with that account.
The ellipsis in the corner of each thumbnail can be used to add files to the Image Studio or Video Studio or delete the Capture.

Captures can be filtered by Tags, Users, Machines or Locations where customer has multiple, or by a date or range of dates using the dropdowns at the top of the page.
Clicking on a Capture will open the Capture Review Page.
The ellipsis in the upper right corner of each Capture will allow user to View the Account, Export the Capture, add Preset Images to Image Studio, add the Video to Video Studio, or Delete the Capture.

Presets from multiple captures will align the same frame from each capture side by side.
If cropping is desired, it must be applied before applying edits.
Clicking on the ellipsis in the right side panel next to the Capture Id will allow user to remove all images from Image Studio for that Capture. Alternatively, the ellipsis next to each frame of each Capture will allow user to remove or rearrange that particular frame.
Clicking on the cloud icon with the down arrow will initiate an export of all the images in Image Studio into a zip file downloaded to the users browser downloads.
All Image exports will also appear in the subject’s Account as an Image Studio Project.
Images added to Image Studio will remain in the Studio until user logs out or removes them manually.

If oVioAi is enabled, presets can be added to the Studio from any Capture thumbnail or individually selected in Capture Review.
Once images are added to the Studio, processing will beging automatically and when completed an image will appear with detected lesions.
oVioAi Projects can be exported by either clicking on the Project on the Account Page or downloading directly from oVioAi Studio at time of processing.

If two or more Videos are selected for Video Studio, they will display in comparison mode (default view) side by side but can be rearranged by dragging and dropping in the right side panel.
Optional view mode shown in the top bar is Playlist. This player will build a sequential playlist of a single subject or a before and after. Videos can be rearranged by dragging and dropping in the right side panel.
To save either Comparison Video or Playlist Video user should click on “Save Video”. Once the video export is complete it will appear in the subject’s Account as a Video Studio Project.
Videos added to Video Studio will remain in the Studio until user logs out or removes them manually.
